In the tracks "Ænema" and "Third Eye", pieces from Bill Hick's comedies are used. Themes that this album covers are primarily Egyptian mythology, jung, and even L.Ron. The words are enema, which is a medical procedure where water is introduced into the colon to relieve constipation and to facilitate bowel movements, and anima, which is Latin for soul, a term often used by Carl Jung. The albums title comes from a combination of two words. It has since won a grammy for best metal performance in 1998 and has been triple certified platinum by the RIAA.
